Outwork’em Digital is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Outwork’em Digital is making constant efforts to improve the accessibility of its site and services in the belief that it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible, and unhindered use for those of us with disabilities.

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We do not claim that every page fully conforms to that level yet.

We aim to make all pages and content on https://www.outworkemdigital.com/ accessible, but some content may not yet fully meet the highest accessibility standards. This could be due to challenges in identifying the most suitable technological solution.

Accessibility features

Every page on this site includes tools that let you adjust how the site looks and reads. They work alongside the screen reader, zoom and display settings you already use.

Accessibility adjustments menu

Select the round blue button with the person icon. It sits on the left side of the screen on computers and on the right side on phones. The menu offers:

• Bigger text: three larger text sizes.
• Line height: three levels of extra space between lines.
• Text align: align text to the left, center or right.
• Readable font: switch to a font designed for easier reading.
• Grayscale: show the site without color.
• Contrast: high contrast, negative, light background or dark background.
• Page structure: a list of the page’s headings, regions and links that you can jump to.
• Reading mask: darkens the screen except for the line you are reading.
• Hide images: hides photos so you can focus on the text.
• Pause animations: stops motion and transitions.
• Highlight links: underlines and outlines every link.

Your choices stay on as you move between pages on the same device. Select Reset all settings to turn them all off.

Keyboard navigation

Press Tab when a page opens to reveal a Skip to content link that jumps past the main menu. Menus, buttons and forms can be used with the keyboard, and Esc closes the accessibility menu.
